Buying Tickets
Don’t forget to read and understand the Ticket Pick-up/Distribution information and remember to Register as a Bidder.
The Ticket Purchaser:
- The Ticket Purchaser can buy one ticket for an individual, two tickets for a couple, or up to ten tickets for a larger party.
- If you take on the role of Ticket Purchaser you should order your tickets online starting February 1st at 7:00 AM.
- Ticket Purchasers are responsible for Ticket Pick-up/Distribution and understanding how to Register as a Bidder.
- Online security is enhanced due to processing by a third party vendor, beanstream.
Buying Tickets:
- The "Ticket Purchaser" buys one or more tickets on behalf of a "Party" of "Attendees"
- The ticket purchase system does not allow for a choice of a particular table
- Table seating will be assigned by the volunteer staff based on the date and time of ticket purchase
- In all but just a few exceptions, ticket purchasers can assume their party will be seated at the same table
- During the ticket purchase process there is an opportunity to express your preference for a table location
- The ticket purchase system does not allow for refunds or exchanges

All ticket purchases must be processed on-line. There is no phone order service for tickets. email for general information and leave a message with your question. The volunteer ticket sales coordinator will try to get back to you ASAP.
